The Hopscotch Experiment

The folks from The Cut drew a colorful hopscotch board on a sidewalk in Seattle, just to see how many people would use it. They recorded video for ten hours and counted the people who walked by. To be honest, a rather small percentage of people tried it, but thankfully, this video is mostly edited to show those who did. And they are worth watching. The simple game brought a smile to a lot of faces. (via Tastefully Offensive)

I can't get over how many men did this! The guy at roughly 1:51 was priceless!

Clever idea, and well executed. Just don't be surprised when we see a plethora of 'street art' hopscotch courts pop up in urban areas across the country and a veritable tsunami of similar videos on YouTube, Facebook, or other social media sites.

Not that this would necessarily be a bad thing, mind you....
